Bridging the Gap

Bridging the Gap is a component of our work readiness services designed especially for high school students that helps students learn about work in the best way possible, by doing actual work in carefully selected internships. Before entering an internship, all students must undergo concentrated preparation in core skills such as punctuality, grooming, working with others, supervisory relationships and other skills critical for success.   

Through the Bridging the Gap program, high school students get a first hand look at the jobs that can form solid, long-term careers.
